Returns

Returns can be subject to restocking charges which will be determined on a case by case basis by Engineering Lab, with consideration for associated costs. In addition, all shipping charges will be paid by the customer. All materials with expiration dates and all custom or special order items cannot be returned. Surface mount component kits and component refill orders ship from Canada and cannot be returned due to the complexity and high cost of doing cross border returns.

Because we sell technical products and want to maintain the highest level of customer service, we cannot accept orders shipping to mail forwarding services. If you are an international customer, please buy direct from our website and enjoy the benefits of fast worldwide shipping.

International and overseas customers also have the option to pay via wire transfer. See our bank information below. Minimum order requirement for wire transfer orders is $1000 USD. You must add an administration fee of $25 USD.

Remember to include freight in your wire transfer payments. Use the online shopping cart's shipping calculator feature to figure out how much you should add. Put the products you want to buy in the cart, start going through the checkout process and enter your shipping address, then continue, the following screens will show you how much the freight charge will be under "Shipping Method".

We ship to international customers via Federal Express or UPS. If you choose to have freight charged to your company's FedEx or UPS account you do not need to pay us for shipping. However, we always purchase insurance for our shipments whether we prepay the freight or bill it to your courier account. You do not have the option to opt out of buying insurance. Alternate insurance methods are not allowed.

Please note we are not able to accept wire transfer payments from customers in the Philippines, Pakistan, India, Singapore and South Africa due to the unreasonably high additional bank fees charged by intermediary banks. If you are in one of these countries, please place your orders online with a major credit card.
