We ship to international customers via Federal Express or UPS. If you choose to have the shipping charged to your company's FedEx or UPS account you do not need to pay us for shipping. However, we always purchase insurance for our shipments whether we prepay the shipping or bill the shipping to your UPS or FedEx account. You do not have the option to opt out of buying insurance. Alternate insurance methods are not allowed. You will receive your order within 2 to 7 business days after we ship.

Please note we are not able to accept wire transfer payments from customers in the Philippines, Pakistan India, Singapore and South Africa due to the unreasonably high additional bank fees charged by intermediary banks. If you are in the Philippines, Pakistan, India, Singapore or South Africa please place your orders online with a major credit card.
