Module 3: Setting Up and Performing Printing
The demo contains sample screens from the course. Solder deposits are accurately placed on the substrate by stencil printing. Faults in the printing process are a major source of board failure. Understanding the causes of these defects is a challenging problem as the printing process has a large number of factors to consider such as those relating to paste (formulation, viscosity), the environment (temperature, humidity), machine types (batch and inline), machine setup and technology (alignment, pressure, print speed, blade type etc). Module 5: Understanding and Setting Up Reflow Profiles
